1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received by our fulfillment partner, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

4. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Exchange approval depends on product availability from our supplier.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed with our supplier and cannot be canceled.

6. Dropshipping Fulfillment Notice

Because Leather Ledgers operates as a dropshipping business, returns may need to be shipped directly to our supplier’s warehouse, not to our business address. Full return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
